If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days, unused, in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We will be happy to offer either alternative goods in exchange or a full refund including any outbound postage and packaging costs incurred.

To return the goods you must e-mail or write to us within 7 days of delivery of your goods, quoting your name, invoice number and order number (if applicable). You must take reasonable care of the goods and must not use them. Please click Contact Us for details of where to send returned goods.

Any return postage or packaging costs incurred will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error made by Fun Fanatics.

You may be asked to provide a reason for return but this is purely for our information only to help us improve any services or products (if applicable).
